Ergonomic Benefits: Ergodeck is an anti-fatigue product, engineered to maintain the comfort and productivity of people who stand at their work. Ergodeck tiles are incredibly substantial and are designed to prevent fatigue caused by prolonged standing.
Advanced Construction: Ergodeck features an extensive undrside structure consisting of Flexpoints, systematically spaced to support the users weight and provide flexibility underfoot. This stimulates the leg muscles and circulation, dramatically reducng fatigue.
Wheeled Traffic: Engineered to withstand wheeled traffic (excluding fork lifts) and heavy usage, Ergodeck will endure 45 tonnes/m2. No other product stands up to wheeled traffic whilst providing ergonomic benefits like Ergodeck.
Easy Installation: The 457mm x 457mm tiles can be connected on all sides for a totally flexible layout. The modules quickly and easily cover large areas and require less time and labour to install, saving cost and minimising disruption to site activities.
Secure Connection: Ergodeck incorporates Locksafe, a totally effective, integral interlocking system that quickly locks and keeps tiles together despite the pressures of contant use. Tiles are accurately aligned without gaps for a neat and clean installation, creating a seamless floor with no maintenance or headaches. locksafe performa like a permanent connectio, yet tiles can be seperated easily and reconnected to allow for new configurations.
Safety Ramps: High visibility ramps featuring a gradual slope and friction bars to accommodate the safe movement employees and wheeled containers on and off the tiles. Countersunk holes allow Ergodeck to be anchored to eliminate movement.
